All questions about refunds, including a detailed explanation of why you wish to cancel your order must be sent from our support page. Please headline your ticket with "Cancellation Request". We will review your request within 72 hours. Once your refund has been approved, we will issue a full refund on your account and your membership account will be disabled.

Due to the digital nature of our products, only valid claims for refunds shall be considered. This policy is not intended to provide users with a free trial. Please review the items on our website carefully before making a purchase. As with all in-store purchases, it is the customers' responsibility to determine whether the product is appropriate for them before purchasing the product. Return policy is void in cases of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent returns are considered stolen property and a violation of US and International Copyright laws.
