Pretty invoicing as well as project management done as an online item seems to come at a pretty high on going cost. Is it worth it? One does have to wonder as the ability to create your own invoice is not that hard to do. There are even templates out there that you can use. The project management is a different matter although I personally like to keep all that kind of info on my computers rather than in cyberspace. But then again not everyone is as paranoid about security as I am.
They have done away with the setup fee but they do have a Per Month fee of $34.95. They do allow credit card transactions for a fee of 2.29 % plus a 29c and accept eChecks at a rate of 55c. There is the ability to have recurring billing and they will train you as to how it works.
This invoicing system gives you the ability to start out as a free system allowing you 5 invoices per month. After this you need to pay for a premium account at $12 per month. Similar to other systems with records of customers invoice quotes and receipts. It allows only 1 business per account so you can not use it for multiple businesses and all a combined business example. If you upgrade and pay per year you do get a discount.
This offers a wider range of functions than most of the others but the fee for this is $44.95 a month but it does allow access to 2 of your employees should you would to have other people work on your books. They allow email marketing and project management in this system in addition to the invoicing.
This company provides automated systems to do billing credit card billing and the like. In other word if you have on going contracts to provide a regular service you will know that the invoices have been sent and the credit card or Paypal account will have been debited.
Their costs appear to be the most reasonable barring Paypal ranging from $9.95 per month to 69.95 per month. Their Standard package which costs $14.95 doesn’t include auto billing that starts at $19.95 a month.

This solution has several different packages available dependent on the type and size of company. If you wish you can buy a supply of invoices rather than sign up for a monthly fee. They keep track of your invoices and send both email and postal invoices. Cost for the basic service is $11.99 a month.
Invoices made Easy
This is a online company where you can have your invoices mailed should you wish but the basic cost is $9.95 a month. Mailing of invoices costs an extra $1.00 per invoice. They only accept payment via Paypal or Authorise.net.
This is a free option which enables you to create invoices as well as keep track of them. To date there hasn’t been enough data for WOT tracking to give any feed back on the company but at least there isn’t any negative feedback.
Their pro options range from $9 to 45 per month. Once you have joined you can upgrade or downgrade as you require. The good thing about it is you can choose the items you require rather than having features that aren’t necessary. This means as I said you can upgrade or downgrade dependent on what you actually need.
